Scones Ingredients 2 cups self raising flour150ml milk (plus a little extra for brushing)Pinch of salt1 tsp baking powder2 tbsp corn flour150ml cream1/2 tsp sugar Instructions Add cream and milk to dry ingredients and mix to a soft dough using a knife. Do not over knead. Place on a lightly floured board and gently pat out to about 2.5cm thick. Cut with floured scone cutter (push down, don’t twist), to cut into squares. Brush with milk Bake at 200C for 12 - 15 mins Serve with cream and jam.
